OK, ladies, give yourselves the gift of peace, quiet, a good sleep, laughter, Bible study and spiritual enrichment. Come away with us for our one-night retreat. It's a great opportunity to get closer to God and each other. Remember the slumber parties from junior high or middle school? Well, a Redeemer Women's Retreat is even more fun, with more sleep, better food, and no 'mean girls'! In fact, the theme of this year's retreat is "Loving Well".
Best-selling author and Bible teacher Beth Moore (through video) will help us encounter and surmount the stumbling blocks to "loving well." No doubt we'll laugh, shed a few tears, make new friends and enjoy old friends. You might even want to join the monks at their early morning Lauds service or evening Vespers Service.
It's a weekend you won't want to miss! After decking the halls for Christmas, you'll be ready to clear the decks for time for yourself and God. (Guys: the Retreat makes a great Christmas gift for your girl.) Our destination will be HIngham's Glastonbury Monastery: http://www.glastonburyabbey.org/. Our program begins at 4 pm on Friday the 6th, and ends at 4:00 pm on Saturday the 7th. You will be back for evening plans on Saturday. The cost of the "Loving Well" Retreat is $90.
